چکیده

There is currently a lack of rapid indirect analysis methods for the assessment effects soil microbiota on vine production. Fifteen clusters two Nebbiolo and Erbaluce varieties were identified in five vineyards belonging to cooperative winemakers North West Italy, according differences NDVI index, as monitored by Crop Monitoring OES system. The surveyed 2019 experimental monitoring 75 vines was conducted 2020. first method (Litterbag-NIRS) involved examining hay litterbags with smart SCiOTM device. average litterbag-NIR spectra clusters, far yield concerned, closely fitted measured production yield, an R2 cross-validated value 0.91 0.67 vines. results accounted considering few dominant variables both vines, namely microbic respiration crude protein litterbag (positive), opposed NO3--N ADF (negative). pruning wood also correlated spectra. A second method, foliar pH coupled NIR spectroscopy leaves, then performed. overall predicted from NIRS 0.73 0.79 Canopy Cover. However, most interesting result concerned regressions pH, which clearly negative similar amount: -5.15 kg/pH (R2 0.68) -5.63 0.23) Erbaluce. Litterbag-NIRS, shows high predictive capacity, - or without foliar-NIRS are frugal that can be recommended rational microbial fertility vineyards.

Validation of near infrared spectroscopic (NIRS) imaging using programmable phantoms

For much of the past decade, we have developed most of the essential hardware and software components needed for practical implementation of dynamic NIRS imaging. Until recently, however, these efforts have been hampered by the lack of calibrating phantoms whose dynamics substantially mimic those seen in tissue. Here we present findings that document the performance of a dynamic phantom based o...

Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS)

Near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) is a noninvasive optical technology that relies on the relative transparency of biological tissues to near infrared light (700-900 nm) to determine tissue oxygenation. Oxy and deoxy hemoglobin and cytochrome aa3 possess distinct absorption characteristics in the near infrared spectrum. By monitoring absorption at wavelengths where oxyand deoxyhemoglobin and cyt...

Decoding Vigilance with NIRS

Sustained, long-term cognitive workload is associated with variations and decrements in performance. Such fluctuations in vigilance can be a risk factor especially during dangerous attention demanding activities. Functional MRI studies have shown that attentional performance is correlated with BOLD-signals, especially in parietal and prefrontal cortical regions. An interesting question is wheth...
